None This course is designed
to teach the students to decorate a living space with good taste through use
of the principles and elements of design. Color, housing choices, floor plans,
furniture arranging, etc. will be included. The student will create a
memorable portfolio in which he/she will demonstrate mastery of the course
concepts. This is an excellent companion course to Sewing for the Home.
Participation in FCCLA may be an integral part of the course Interior Decorating 2 (PA, FA, AS) .50 Credit Grades 9-12 Fee: $10/sem
Prerequisite: Interior Design 1 Homework: Daily This advanced course is
designed to teach the students to decorate a living space with good taste
through use of the principles and elements of design. Color, textile selection,
furniture arranging, architectural styles, furniture selection, etc. will be
included. The student will create a memorable portfolio in which he/she will
demonstrate mastery of the course concepts. This is an excellent companion
course to Sewing for the Home. Participation in FCCLA may be an integral part
of the course. Advanced Studies will be awarded for Interior Design 2. |
