Registration Calendar for 2008-2009

Original Class requests are made during the school year during SEOP’s

March 3-12 all Students Finalize Requests (Date Revised)

(Schedules will be made from requests during the summer and courses will be staffed.)

August 4-10 TWEAK WEEK-Schedules Available Online – Actual schedules are available for tweaking for all PHS students. Counselors available in the office to assist free of charge.

August 11 & 12 – Counselors available to assist students with schedule changes. Changes will be made with parent/guardian in attendance or with parent/guardian signature note with a fee of $10 for each class change.

August 18 – and School begins/ Schedules will be given out in the Commons Areas.

August 18-22 – Any schedule changes require $10 fee per class change paid before entering the counseling center. Students must also be accompanied by a parent/guardian or have a parent/guardian signed note allowing the class change. No teacher signature required.

August 25 – *No more class changes

* The counseling office at Provo High School is dedicated to the teaching and learning of students. Many have voiced a concern about the constant interruptions of students leaving classes early and coming to classes late because of class changes. These interruptions are hurting the learning environment at PHS. The counseling office will therefore be closed to class changes on the date(s) listed above to preserve the quality of our student’s educations.
