The ESL-Computer Technology course is a full-year class designed to help the English Language Learner successfully master the computer. The first semester focuses on keyboarding skills and word processing; correct techniques as well as speed and accuracy are stressed. The second semester focuses on developing basic computer skills using current business software programs including spreadsheets and slide show presentations. Students will also plan their next step toward their educational/occupational goal(s).
