Five after-school hours a term Wanna
make a Hoodie? Jacket? Designer Jeans? or Designer Backpack? Hats? Dresses? Etc...
This course is designed for students to build on basic sewing
skills. Students will improve sewing
skills and learn new things too. Use
of sewing machine specialty stitches, specialty serging,
embroidery, etc. will be part of this class.
It will teach students to construct more difficult commercial
patterns, alter and construct patterns to create an original design, or start
from scratch... Students will have an
opportunity to participate in Make it With Wool Competition, or Sew Trendy
Competition. FCCLA will be an integral
