Prerequisite: None

Students with limited English proficiency will cover basic algebraic concepts. Students will be working with fractions, signed numbers, order of operations, exponents and simplifying polynomial expressions. Students will also cover basic statistical data analysis. Solving and graphing linear equations will be stressed. Solving and graphing linear inequalities will also be covered during the year. Polynomial operations, factoring and solving along with quadratic equations are part of the curriculum.
